Design of Ultrasonic Transducer
When the ultrasonic plastic welding machine is working, high-frequency longitudinal vibration is needed to process the plastic workpiece, which makes the upper and lower molds of the workpiece vibrate at high frequency to melt the welding layer and obtain the welding effect. Therefore, the type of transducer selected is a longitudinal composite transducer with a simple structure. The schematic diagram is shown in Figure 2.
